Nintendo brought out the Wii to help bring exercise to the gamers out there, and they have had some great success with a range of their games.

Well now Nintendo has developed a new game or should we call it exercise game that will encourage and help gamers loose weight and tone up, without having to leave their living room. Wii Fit is a new game available soon that allows the user to perform exercise and yoga techniques to help loose weight.

How does it do this? Well included with the Wii Fit game there is a motion/weight detectin board which the user stands on to perform the majoirty of the exercises and tasks that are set. The board uses weight sensors to keep track of the users weight, BMI and Wii Fit age.

Wii Fit analyses your body’s credentials and selects the best exercises to perform to help you reach your desired target weight. Wii Fit is not just for people who want to loose weight either. Yoga techniques are also available to help promote a healtheir wellbeing.
